MAXIMUM Group acquired 50% of the shares of JSC "ZMK-Trans"
In September 2016, the deal of GC MAXIMUM for the acquisition of 50% of the shares of JSC "ZMK-Trans" was completed, thus GC Maximum actively invests not only in wagons, but also in profile companies with equity participation.
After the completion of the transaction, the MAXIMUM GC fleet was replenished with a profile asset – in the amount of 53 wagons, which include platforms for the transportation of timber and universal platforms owned by JSC "ZMK-Trans" on the right of ownership.
Also, over the years, the proven partnership between MAXIMUM Group of Companies and Bank Finservice JSC allowed ZMK-Trans JSC to conclude an agreement on opening a credit line with Bank Finservice JSC in the amount of 50 million rubles. These funds will be used to purchase wagons and finance the company's current activities.
