The investment budget of TopLine LLC for 2013 provided for the growth of the Company's operating fleet by almost two times (by 79%) in relation to the one formed at the beginning of 2013, which was implemented during the year (non-fulfillment of the investment plan was less than 4%)

During 2013, the Company increased the fleet of universal platform wagons by purchasing new wagons.
